Dutch oven 5,7 Liter

Both the pot and the lid have three legs each.
The lid has a handle and can be used as a frying pan.
A small gap between the pot and the lid allows for the use of a thermometer to check the food temperature.
Can be used on embers or in a regular oven.
Capacity: 5.7 liters.
Dimensions: Diameter 35 cm, Height: 16 cm
Weight with lid: approx. 8 kg.

Before first use:
Scrub the pot with soapy water/hot water.
Dry thoroughly.
Coat the pot thoroughly with cooking oil (inside and out).
Place the pot upside down on a rack in the oven and set the temperature to 200°C (390°F).
Place aluminum foil/baking paper underneath to avoid dirtying the oven.
This process can also be done over an open fire.
Let the pot bake for about an hour, then allow it to cool slowly.

If the pot starts to rust or food begins to stick, repeat the same procedure.
