Cast iron griddle

Can be used for frying on both sides.
One side is flat with a groove for fat to drain, 41 x 22 cm.
The other side has a ribbed grill surface, 41 x 19 cm.
Equipped with two handles.
Griddle dimensions: 50 x 23 x 1.5 cm
Weight: approx. 3.9 kg

Before first use, prepare the griddle as follows:
Wash the griddle first with hot soapy water.
Dry it thoroughly.
Apply a thin layer of vegetable oil over the griddle.
Place it in the oven and heat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Use baking paper or foil underneath to prevent potential drips.
Keep it in the oven for about an hour, then let it cool inside the oven afterward.
Repeat steps 3–5 whenever the griddle starts to rust or food begins to stick.
